License Agreement
Upon receipt of sounds from Loop Library, purchaser
agrees to the following:
All of the sounds at Net Music Library are royalty free "buy outs" meaning, the purchase price includes all licensing and usage fees, and the purchaser of the sounds can use them as many times as they desire.
Upon receipt of sounds from Net Music Library, purchaser agrees to the following:
Net Music Library sounds are licensed, not sold, to you for use in the creation of your own sound productions only. All copying, lending, duplicating, reselling or redistributing of this product to any party other than yourself is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this is in violation of state and federal copyright laws.
Only the original purchasers of this product have the right to use the enclosed sound within their own sound productions. Sound usage can include sound design and assembly of our elements for commercial web design, online and CD-ROM entertainment, radio, television, film and personal use. Any intention of usage beyond the above mentioned shall require written consent from Net Music Library and
DBAR Productions.
All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. All sounds produced and owned exclusively by Net Music Library and

legal usage:
website sound design
games (online or otherwise)
electronic devices
within productions (music, TV, movies, etc.)
audio brand identification (audio logos)
illegal usage:
redistribution of our sounds in any way when not used within a product or production
reselling our sounds in their original form
giving away our sounds in their original form
using in other sound effects or music libraries
using our sounds as a basis for constructing your own songs (samples and loops for musicians
are offered at looplibrary.com).
