Library.com collects information from our users at several different
points on our website. By visiting Net Music Library.com,

Order
We
request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must
provide financial information including first and last name on the
credit card they are using, the credit card type, the credit card
number, the credit card expiration date, and the billing address of the
card holder. We also request an alternate shipping address if it is not
the same as the credit card billing address. This information is used
for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble
processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch
with the user.

are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard
drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your
browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your
Shopping Cart between visits.

outside shipping company to ship non-downloadable orders, and a credit
card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These

Security
This
website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When
users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is
protected both online and off-line.
When our
order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit card
number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best
encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such
as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as
Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as
opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. To learn

While we
use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do
everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. Credit
Card and billing/shipping address information are NOT saved on our web
server after a transaction is complete. Order details and e-mail,
minus the credit card information, are kept on a secure, offline
location, and are only accessible by the owner of Loop Library.com,
Stephen Sherrard. These files are only kept to verify an order in
the rare event that there may be a problem with downloading a purchased
product.
Mailing
List
We may
occasionally send our customers e-mails with special offers, promotions,
or other news about our site. Those wishing to be removed from our
e-mail list may do so easily by filling out the form on our mailing
list page.
Notification
of Changes
If we
decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our
Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect,
how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If
at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a
manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will
